We went to Seattle on Saturday and hung out with Jason's cousin Drew to celebrate her turning 21! She lives in the University District above a Tully's coffee. The view from her apartment is so "city like" and it was a lot of fun walking down the street to go out! We had a "slumber party."
Then on Sunday we all went to a Seahawks game!!
The experience is awesome! I love going to the games! Being in Seattle is amazing! When you don't live there, visiting is like going on a mini vacation and there is so much appreciation for the city! Being at the game is the coolest thing ever and everyone needs to experience a game once in their lives because everyone there is so much energy! It's such a Manly Man sport and all the guys everywhere are yelling, taking off their shirts, drinking beer! Cheering on the Seahawks! Having faith that they will pull themselves out of the hole and WIN for us!
This game was a fun one to watch! In the end we won 31-20!! The weather wasn't to cold! I seemed to have dressed just right for the event!
I loved being with family and friends! It wasn't planned until last minute for Drew and Angela to come to the game, but I am so happy they were able to come! I love being together! We had so much fun. We met my friends "the Stacys" and Eric. I think our new tradition is to go to sporting events together! This will be "our thing!" Stacy is really good about planning and buying tickets so we can all sit together!
Kaylen was in Seattle that day and made it over to see us!!!!
